- 2 required textbooks, worksheets, and reinforcement resources.
- Group Discussions, 2-3 Self-Assessments, and a Capstone Project.
- Pre-and Post-Assessment Quiz and 1:1 DE Coaching.
- SHRM’s Professional Development Credits (PCs) and HRCI’s Continuing Education Credits (CUs) and a Certificate of Completion for this program provided by the National Partners.

CiCi Rojas
Partner/ CEO
CiCi is an accomplished C-suite executive turned entrepreneur, having built enterprises both in for-profit environments, and for economic, political and social change. In 2017, CiCi brought her development skills and extensive network to – Tico Productions and Tico Sports, where she is partner and president. She co-founded the company with her husband in 2014. Tico is a full-service, multimedia production and bilingual marketing company that has developed Spanish-language broadcasts and community engagement platforms for professional sports teams, including the Kansas City Chiefs.
Charlie Tetrick
Partner/ CEO
An entrepreneur from a young age, Charlie became managing partner and then sole owner of Walz Tetrick Advertising in his 20s. Passionate about his clients and quick to adapt to new challenges, Charlie is always positive — positive he’ll get results. He’s the master of relationships, equally skilled at intimate exchanges and big-time pitches. In Charlie, clients get a strong partner and ally who knows every idea must have a purpose and build business. Under his leadership, Walz Tetrick has grown in size, expertise and capability, winning prominent local, regional and global accounts.

Andrea is an experienced human resources executive with a track record of providing strategic vision, inspiration and focused leadership in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion. She thrives in academic, corporate and nonprofit environments, developing meaningful programs designed to strengthen commitment, intention and culture. Throughout her career, Andrea has been a catalyst for positive change, driven to create alignment between DE&I strategy and an organization’s overall objectives. She is experienced at building new DE&I programs and strengthening existing ones.
